Just ask your events.
Connect Eventgroove Events to the AI assistant your organization already uses, and ask about your events, registrations, orders, and revenue in plain language. No admin screens, no exports, no developer.
Some questions shouldn’t need a login
“How many are coming Thursday?” should take five seconds, not five clicks. Admin screens are built for setting an event up — not for glancing at one while it runs.
Nothing to learn first
The person who needs the answer doesn’t have to be the person who set the event up. If you can ask the question out loud, you can get the number — no reporting screens, no training, no relearning it every year.
One event or two hundred
Ask about tonight’s door count, or across your entire season in a single question. High-volume and high-frequency are both the wrong shape for clicking through screens.
How to connect your assistant
Three steps, once. After that, asking is the whole workflow.
Turn it on for your organization. Access is switched on one organization at a time, so nobody gets connected by surprise.
Add Eventgroove to your assistant. Paste the connection details into the assistant your organization has approved. It’s built on the open MCP standard, so your AI choice and your events platform stay independent decisions.
Your brand, your terms. You decide which vendors are listed, how products are priced, and what chapters pay. You never touch the inventory.
How Eventgroove Marketplace Works
From a vendor’s spreadsheet to a chapter’s doorstep, in three moves.
STEP 1
Bring your vendors on
Add each vendor from the dashboard and they connect their Stripe account. That one step is what lets a single chapter payment split out to every vendor in the order automatically.
STEP 2
Load their catalogs
Vendors send a product feed — name, price, product ID, category, description and images. A bulk CSV import stands up a whole catalog at once, with row-level validation so one bad line doesn’t cost you the upload.
STEP 3
Chapters order against an event
A chapter signs in, confirms the banquet it’s ordering for, and shops the full catalog. The event date drives the payment, so funds aren’t pulled until there’s money in the account from the banquet.
STEP 4
Vendors fulfill and get paid
Each vendor is emailed their portion of the order, ships direct to the chapter, and enters tracking in their own dashboard. Their share of the payment reaches them without anyone cutting a check.
Built For The Way Chapters Actually Buy
Chapter volunteers aren’t procurement professionals, and a banquet isn’t a normal e-commerce order. These are the differences that decide whether they use it.
Ordering tied to an event. Every order is attached to a confirmed event date, so fulfillment is timed to the banquet rather than to the day the volunteer got around to it.
Shipping folded into price. When a vendor includes shipping, it’s switched off at checkout entirely — chapters see one number and no surprise at the end.
Only the tools they need. Account features that don’t apply to chapter ordering are switched off per storefront, leaving a short, obvious path to checkout.
Pricing With Nothing Hidden
A vendor names their price. Fees are added on top of it — so the vendor is paid their base price in full, and the chapter sees one number.
Eventgroove’s platform fee is 3% of the vendor’s base price. Stripe’s payment processing is added after that, and what it costs depends on how your chapters pay. Stripe typically charges 2.9% + 30¢. Their 30¢ per-transaction charge is on us — it never reaches your pricing. So our dashboard calculator that helps you price your products uses a flat 2.9% for Stripe’s fee.
ACH Discount. If you opt to turn on the ACH payment option, chapters link a bank account once. Stripe charges 0.8% on an ACH payment instead of 2.9% on a card — and caps it at $5. On a banquet-sized order, that’s the difference between a real cost and a rounding error. We have an automatic discount built in at checkout if ACH payment is detected.
You Set The Rules, Storefront By Storefront
Four settings do most of the work. Change them once and every chapter order follows.
Vendors
Add, edit and retire vendors from the dashboard. Each one sees only their own products and their own orders.
Pricing
Fees are calculated on top of each vendor’s base price and shown as one number to the chapter — never as a surprise line at checkout.
Payments
Funds route to Eventgroove’s account and out to vendors as part of the same transaction.
Approvals
Orders above a threshold you set can be held for a regional director’s approval before they reach vendors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to hold inventory?
No. Vendors keep their own stock and ship their own orders. Marketplace is the storefront and the order routing — the merchandise never passes through your hands or ours.
How do vendors get their products listed?
Vendors supply a product feed and it imports in bulk, with row-level error reporting.
Who sets the prices?
You do, with your vendors. All fees are built into product pricing rather than added as a line item at checkout.
Where does the money go?
Payments route to Eventgroove’s account, and vendors are paid from there as part of the same transaction. You set the payment method and terms chapters use.
What happens when something goes out of stock?
Our inventory tracking system will automatically take a product offline when inventory has been depleted.
Can chapters still order print products?
Yes. Marketplace sits alongside the print storefront your chapters already use for raffle tickets, posters, mailers, etc.
