Pricing for Fundraisers

How much will your fundraiser cost?
Choose between Tip Pricing and Percent Pricing for the Eventgroove platform fee. You have total control and flexibility as to how the fees will be paid.

Eventgroove Platform Fee

Tip Pricing allows donors to leave a tip when they check out which will serve as Eventgroove’s Platform Fee.

Percent Pricing allows Rotary Clubs and Districts to choose who will pay the Eventgroove Platform Fee on each transaction. Clubs and Districts have the option to i) fully absorb the Platform Fee, ii) fully pass the Platform Fee to the Donor, or iii) Ask the Donor to decide whether they will pay the Platform Fee.

Stripe Payment Processing Fee

If a District or Club has a 501(c)(3) nonprofit determination standing with the IRS in the United States, or a nonprofit charitable standing through the CRA in Canada, then it may apply to Stripe and receive the special nonprofit rate of 2.2% plus $0.30 per transaction. Otherwise, the Stripe Payment processing fee will be 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction.

With Tip Pricing, the club and district are responsible for paying the full Stripe payment processing fee, while with Percent Pricing, clubs and districts have the same flexible options as described with the Eventgroove platform fee.
