As a school event organizer, there is no cost to use Eventgroove! You have the option of rolling service and processing fees into the ticket price. At 2.0% + $0.50 per ticket, our service fees are among the lowest in the industry; integrated with Stripe payment processing, they will charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

We’re with you every step of the way

You will work with our Customer Success Manager to set up your private label event hub. Together, you’ll organize user roles and permissions as well as calibrate the oversight you’d like to have over your organizer’s events. But your support doesn’t stop there—we’re here to help whenever you need it. Plus, when you’re ready to create a fundraising event with reserved seating, we’ll configure your seating chart at no cost. Just send us your venue information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Customize your domain, logo, images, colors, and messaging, then set branding standards for all events. Your main event page acts as a hub for all your school’s happenings—it’ll populate with all your events, enabling students, educators and parents to get (and stay) involved.

 

Volunteers hit the ground running

Using Eventgroove to check in guests at your event is extremely user friendly. Volunteers can quickly scan printed and mobile tickets to check in attendees with any mobile device! There’s no need to install an app and volunteers will never see more information than they need to. Don’t have enough mobile or Stripe devices? Rent them for free from Eventgroove!
