As a school event organizer, there is no cost to use Eventgroove! You have the option of rolling service and processing fees into the ticket price. At 2.0% + $0.50 per ticket, our service fees are among the lowest in the industry; integrated with Stripe payment processing, they will charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Eventgroove enables you to build ticketing packages that suit your needs—pair your online ticket sales with printed tickets, wristbands, hoodies, and more. You can also create invitation-only events, discount codes for buyers, and premium passes, as well as issue offline and complimentary tickets. Plus, you can inspire attendees to give more by including the option to donate on top of their ticket purchase at checkout with no additional fees.





We’re with you every step of the way
Work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and team to set up your school’s event hub. Together, you’ll organize user roles and permissions as well as calibrate the oversight you’d like to have over your events. But our support doesn’t stop there—we’re here to help whenever you need it. When you’re ready to create reserved seating for a theatre production or fundraising gala, we’ll configure your seating chart at no cost—just send us your venue information and we’ll take care of the rest.

With Eventgroove, you can create a private-label, online event management platform branded exclusively to your school, district, or university. Customize your domain, logo, images, colors, and messaging, then set branding standards for all events. Your main event page acts as a hub for all your school’s happenings—it’ll populate with all your events, enabling students, educators, and parents to get (and stay) involved.

Guest check-in with Eventgroove is totally app-free and completely user friendly. Using any Android or Apple device and a pin unique to your event, volunteers are able to access event information right from their browser. They can view guests, scan printed and mobile tickets, update guest information, and more. Don’t have enough mobile devices? Rent them for free from Eventgroove!
