As a music-event organizer, there is no cost to use Eventgroove! You have the option of rolling service and processing fees into the ticket price. At 2.0% + $0.50 per ticket, our service fees are among the lowest in the industry; integrated with Stripe payment processing, they will charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Flexible ticketing plans 

From week-long festivals to one-night shows, Eventgroove enables you to build a ticketing package that suits your needs—pair your online ticket sales with printed VIP and camping passes, general admission wristbands, and more. You can also create invitation-only events, discount codes for buyers, and premium passes, as well as issue offline and complimentary tickets. Plus, you can inspire attendees to give more by including the option to donate on top of their ticket purchase at checkout with no additional fees.

 

We’re with you every step of the way

Work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and team to set up your music event hub. Together, you’ll organize user roles and permissions as well as calibrate the oversight you’d like to have over your team’s and regions’ events. Our support goes beyond setup—count us when you have questions or need help. Plus, when you’re ready to create an event with reserved seating, we’ll configure your seating chart at no cost. Just send us your venue information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Attendee check-in is extremely user friendly and totally app-free. Using any Android or Apple device and a pin unique to your event, volunteers and staff are able to access the information they need right from their browser.
