Fundraising service

  • Accounting. Chapters roll up to state accounts to enable state municipality compliance with fundraising.
  • Shared payment processing. National headquarters pays out chapters after fundraisers are completed.
  • Full access. Allow chapters to create their own raffles, auctions, sales, sweepstakes crowdfunding and a-thon campaigns
  • Localized branding. Chapters can overwrite National branding to localize to each chapter.

Brian:

We are a wildlife conservation group committed to ensuring the future of mule deer, black-tail deer and their habitats. Eventgroove has been a great partner of The Mule Deer Foundation for many years, from the early days with them when we leveraged their services to promote events and to help us with ticketing for events. That has really grown substantially over the years to include online events and virtual events where we can really reach out to our members in a meaningful way and raise funds.

From a client perspective, working with Eventgroove and deploying a new service or offering, they have made it very easy. They are with you every step of the way; they provide great training for everyone within the organization that is going to be using the service they are offering, and we can really put it to use much more quickly because of that which really starts to benefit our organization. 

When a member of ours or a supporter of ours interacts with us and Eventgroove, they see it as The Mule Deer Foundation. We have a private label and it gives a sense of trust and awareness around the organization that there’s no doubt that they’re dealing with The Mule Deer Foundation. So, it’s an integrated platform that also brings scalability: we can work with them on functions on events, from a very small scale event of 50 people to a very large scale one like our annual convention, the Western Hunting & Conservation Expo held every February. 

Last year we had over sixty thousand attendees and Eventgroove was right there with us helping us with admissions, creating a platform and access to the show that really enabled people to come in and out of the show very efficiently and really enjoy the show as much as possible. 

They’re a very customer-driven, customer-focused organization.  You get the feeling right from the very start that your needs are their needs.  They are willing to change because we have to change to meet the needs of our members and our supporters.
