As a volunteer-led organization, Trout Unlimited relies on the passion and time of so many people across the country. We have local, volunteer-led grassroots chapters in pretty much every state in the country. When we were looking for a partner, to work on our event management, our online promotions, and print products, we were looking for a solution that would help our over 420 chapters and over 300,000 members and supporters across the country develop better events, promote those events more effectively, and engage members in a positive way through online and in-person activities while staying consistent to our brand, to our message. When it came down to it, only Eventgroove could offer us everything that we were looking for…and more. 

This allows us to be deeply embedded in the communities where we serve, to build partnerships on the ground to restore rivers, take out dams, educate youth about conservation and engage the entire community. But it also raises unique challenges for our organization in terms of brand consistency – a positive and similar standardized member experience from one Trout Unlimited event to another. So we went looking for an option that would help us help our volunteers. We want to make sure we honor their time when they’re volunteering for TU, and that they feel good about the work that they’re doing, and feel supported. That’s where Eventgroove comes in.
