Sarah:

The Red Ants Pants Music Festival, we’ve been working with Eventgroove since 2011 and we have a big music festival here in White Sulphur Springs Montana right here in this cow pasture, we do everything from ticket printing to poster printing to online ticket sales and wristbands and lots more to come. 

In all of our work, I feel like Eventgroove and the Red Ants Pants Music Festival have been growing together over the years. There are so many details that go into this level of production year round and customer service is absolutely top notch. 

Brianne:

Because of Eventgroove, we were late able to sell tickets online, check people in remotely with devices, and get them moving to the campground faster than ever and it changed our approach to ticketing for the event. 

Sarah:

And, it changes the customer experience, the staff pressure and the community experience.

Brianne:

One of the things I really appreciate about Eventgroove is the downloadability of the data. We collect a lot of data when our ticket purchasers purchase their tickets, and the fact that Eventgroove allows access to that data that we can then crunch and analyze in ways that are really meaningful not only for our marketing and outreach strategy but also for our board to  understand budgets and predicted audience attendance. It’s been a huge benefit to our organization because not every platform allows you to download your customer data, and it changed how we approached our ticketing for the event.

We’re a non-profit, we don’t have a ton of money to post our domains on really expensive sites that have a lot of bandwidth, and we are enabled now through Eventgroove’s very substantial bandwidth to  just push customers for our lineup release party, which is the specific time when we only have a certain number of tickets at a lower price, and we have a ton of customers that come to our site right at that very moment. We can direct them right to the Eventgroove site and we have never had any crashes, any downtime, or any delays for our customers because Eventgroove is such a well resourced company. 

Sarah:

I really appreciate the loyalty with Eventgroove, it has proven itself over our partnership over the last decade. When the going gets stressful, which it always does with bug events we need to know we can trust our partners and 100%, we trust Eventgroove.
