My name is Toby Ryston-Pratt. I’m the founder and CEO of Adventure Entertainment. Here in the U.S. we run the Fly Fishing Film Tour, which is the largest film tour of its kind, bringing fly fishing communities together all over America.

We’ve been working with Eventgroove on that tour for over 15 years, and used the partnership to deliver the tour across America in a scalable way. Overall, we’ve got more than 200 shows throughout the year, and they literally run from January through December. All representing the F3T and all having those great community events.

More than 40-odd thousand people visit a show throughout the year, and that’s where the Eventgroove partnership has been particularly helpful for us. Because, running a distributed event like that is quite a unique thing, and we need to ensure the branding is consistent, the shows are run in the same way, that people can come and find their show in one portal–get access to tickets, get access to posters, and access to information about how they’re going to run their show. Absolutely powerful in terms of the flow of information from the Eventgroove side through to our website.
