Why Eventgroove?

Eventgroove provides a one-stop shop for all event products–print, digital, and merchandise. We have created online stores for over 100 organizations, each with its own custom requirements. Whether you are a national nonprofit looking for a central, user-friendly option for chapters to source their event collateral, an event promoter who needs a way to offer print packages to accompany your shows, or a product reseller, we can create a store that works for you! 

We offer high quality event products to your own clients under your own brand. Choose to sell our products with your branding, or let our design team create fully custom products specifically for your organization. Organizers select a design, customize for their event, and place their order. We print and blind ship directly to the organizer and share a percentage of order revenue with you.

White Label vs Private Label.

  • Private label: our brand is completely hidden. Only your brand will be displayed on the website, products, and packaging.
  • White label: Our brand will appear minimally in the URL, and top navigation. Some security features are only available under the white label option.

Blind shipping. All orders will arrive in an un-marked brown cardboard box, with no reference to our brand.


Admin access. Site admins will be able to view reports, and control access to the site.


User groups. If your organization has different groups or chapters, we can load those into our system so users can associate their account with a particular group.

Branding options

1. Custom banner. Set a banner graphic to ensure brand continuity between your print-on-demand site and any other online experiences through your organization.

2. URL. Whether you choose white label or private label, you can customize the subdomain for your site to match your brand.

3. Fonts. Choose any Google font for all text on your site.

4. Colors. Use CSS to apply your primary brand color to all buttons, links, and highlighted areas on your site.

Payments & accounting


Product markup. In addition to your revenue share, we can add a global markup percentage that will apply to all products on your site. The extra revenue generated from the markup will be added to your quarterly check.


Billing process. Most store owners choose to use credit card billing, where users enter their credit card information at checkout. We can also apply purchase order billing, which allows users to check out without entering any payment details. With purchase order billing, we will send you a bill every month for all purchases made on your site.


Reports. In the reports section, you will be able to view and download data around orders, products, and revenue.


Tax exemption. If you are a nonprofit with a tax exempt status, we can store your certificate in your account so you don’t have to pay tax in your nonprofit jurisdiction.


Payment notes. If you require additional accounting information, we can set up a custom payment notation field at checkout that will be stored with each transaction and available in your reports.

Security options


Secure login. Choose to only allow visitors with a username and password to be able to gain access to the site. New users will fill out a Request Access form on the login page, which will automatically send an email to you, the admin of the site, to approve.


Order approval. For an extra level of order regulation, you can choose to have every order approved. You can assign ‘order approver’ status to any user in your organization from the admin site. When an order is placed, the user will select their order approver from a menu, and they will both receive a confirmation after the order is placed. The user who placed the order will receive a final confirmation after the order has been reviewed and approved. At this time, the order will enter our order system and we will start printing!
