The Experience Page serves as a hub for all your Eventgroove Fundraising fundraising activities and ensures that you’ll be able to raise money with ease. The Experience Page includes many new features and benefits designed to delight both nonprofits and their donors.
These new features include:
1. A sleek, modern design
The Experience Page is modern, clean, and polished. With this look, your campaigns will always appear modern and secure.
2. Intuitive, easy-to-use navigation for donors
It’s easy for donors to find ways to support and donate when they’re using the new navigation controls. These new navigation controls make it simple to move between sections on a multi-activity experience and navigate the page with ease.
3. A new layout for single-activity experiences
Fundraising experiences with only one activity (like a raffle that does not include any additional components), are now displayed using a layout that highlights everything in one place. Without the need to navigate to separate tabs to do things like view items, place bids, or buy tickets, donors will be able to engage seamlessly.
4. Livestreaming enhancements
Livestreaming and hybrid events were top of mind during the design phase of the Experience Page. With new features, like a countdown clock that will let viewers countdown to the livestream date, donors won’t have any trouble getting excited about events.
5. Real-time updates
It’s easy to keep your donors up to date with a donation and comment feed, fundraising thermometer, and total amount raised ticker. Without delays or the need to refresh the page to see updates, you and your donors will be more informed than ever!
6. Item search
When donors know what they want, they KNOW what they want. The item search bar now allows donors to quickly search and find any prize, item, or ticket you have available.
What Existing Eventgroove Fundraising Customers Need to Know
If you’re an existing customer, you won’t need to do anything to ensure that your Campaign Page is upgraded to the new Experience Page.
The new Experience Page launched on July 7th, 2021, and everything you’ve set up, including images, content, and customization, will transition seamlessly to the new Experience Page format.
You don’t need to do anything to prepare for the update, and you won’t be charged anything.
