As a ticket buyer, you will have the option to choose your seats if the event venue has reserved seating. Begin by visiting the event page and selecting the section in which you would like to sit. Typically, the event page will provide a seating layout to refer to when choosing your seating. The image on the event page will not show which seats are available. You will have to select a section from the drop-down menu to view seating availability.
Once you select your desired section, a window will pop up allowing you to choose your seats. All seats that are currently unavailable will show up as occupied and can not be purchased. To select seats, click on those you want, and a green check box will appear. Each seat you select will also appear in the table at the bottom of the section chart. Select done when you are finished.
The seats you selected will now appear on the event page. You can purchase tickets from another section by choosing another section from the drop-down menu. Open seating sections will only ask you to select a quantity desired. After selecting open seating, you must then click “add to cart.” When you are finished selecting tickets from all sections, click on the checkout button to complete your order.
If you require a wheelchair-accessible seat, you can refer to the image on the event page or the sections on Eventgroove. Once you locate a wheelchair icon, please select it and proceed to check out.
