How to create scannable printed tickets for your event

Your guests will love keeping printed tickets as a keepsake from your event. Printed event tickets are also great for fulfilling will-call orders and easy to distribute to local vendors to sell in advance. Barcodes on the tickets automatically sync with your event so tickets can be scanned and validated on your mobile device. We also offer various other event products on Eventgroove Products.

1. Select event

Log into your account, click ‘Manage Events’, and select the event for which you need printed tickets.

2. Browse products

In the left menu, select Order Products (in the Promote section).

3. Customize

Select a product. You’ll be redirected to Eventgroove Products automatically to continue the customization process. Select your event from the dropdown below the form fields, and the event data will automatically populate the template.

NOTE: If you selected a product with QR codes, your attendee ticket codes will automatically be linked, so you can scan the tickets at the door for entry.



4. Checkout

Approve your proof, and proceed to checkout on Eventgroove Products. Most orders are processed within 1 business day, and shipped using your chosen method.
