Enter Ticket Information
The ticket information entered will appear on the Print at Home Ticket and will call receipt. The name on the tickets must match the event attendee’s valid identification. If you are purchasing several tickets in a single order, all tickets will have the same name and must be validated by the attendee identified on the ticket.
Email address is required so we can email you an electronic version of your Print at Home Ticket or will call receipt. You should receive an email confirmation containing your purchase information shortly after you submit your order.
Add Billing Information
You must add valid billing information to place your ticket order. The billing information must match your credit card information but need not match your ticket information. For example, if person A is attending the show, but person B is purchasing the ticket, then person A should be entered on the ticket information and person B in the billing information.
Enter Credit Card Information
Eventgroove accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Enter your credit card type, number, and expiration date. The verification code is a security code that helps you protect your account from fraud and gives us another way to be sure your order is legitimate. VISA, MC, Discover users will need to enter the three digit code located on the back of the card, usually at the top of the signature strip. American Express users have a four digit code printed on the front of the card above the credit card’s main number.
Review and Submit Order
Review all ticket, billing, and credit information and confirm that you have the correct tickets. If everything looks all right, select “Submit Order”. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your Print at Home Ticket or will call receipt. If you have any questions about your order, you may contact your event host at any time by visiting the event page and selecting the Contact Event Host email icon.
