Collect additional information from ticket buyers at checkout using the Guest Info feature. Additionally, you can gather guest info at the door during check-in. 

1. Add ticket type

On the ticketing tab, create a new ticket type.

2. Advanced options

At the bottom of the pop-up window, select Advanced Options.

3. Customize

Select Guest Info, and choose which information you want to request from ticket buyers.

4. Reminder emails

To encourage guests to enter their information, you can select a timeframe to send an automated email request to guests.
