On event day, your mobile dashboard is your best friend. It’s where you can quickly and easily access everything you need. You can manage your guest list, check-in guests, and even sell additional tickets all from your mobile dashboard.
1. Guest list
View or print the guestlist for your event at any time. On the day of your event, pull up the mobile dashboard for your event and tap ‘Guests’. You’ll see a list of ticket buyers and the number of tickets they purchased. To check guests in, simply click the name, and check the box next to each ticket. You can also download a PDF or CSV guest list from the desktop dashboard.
2. Pay at the door
Sell tickets at the door by enabling cash and/or credit card payments for your event (event dashboard>edit>payment). To collect a payment, go to your mobile dashboard, select your event, and tap ‘Guests’. Click the ‘Sell Tickets’ button and we’ll walk you through the rest.
Login to Eventgroove from your mobile web browser, select your event and tap ‘Guests’. Set your ticket scanning options and start scanning.
