There are multiple event reports within your event dashboard that help inform you about existing and past events. We’ll walk through the different report types and how they can assist you. 

Scheduled Reports

If you want to receive regular system updates about your event status, scheduled reports are a great option. We can send you a report once a week or just once before your event. 

On-Demand Order Reports

These are reports around event revenue and ticket orders placed for your event. They are available instantly–just enter your email and select the delivery method next to the report you want to receive. 

On-Demand Guest Reports

These reports provide information about guests registered for your event. They are available on-demand, so they’ll be sent to you right away once you enter your email and select a delivery method next to the report you’re interested in. 

1. Find your report

Decide which report you need based on the description. 

2. Email

Enter your email at the top of that report’s section. 

3. Delivery

Select the delivery method next to the report you decided on. 

4. Analyze

Check your email/downloads folder, depending on the delivery method you chose. The report will open in excel.
